At Wiley Heights Covenant Church, we believe that leadership is rooted in service, integrity, and shared purpose. Our church community works together to guide our mission and ministries, with ultimate direction entrusted to a Leadership Team elected by our members.

The Leadership Team is responsible for nurturing the overall health of our community, spiritually, relationally, and organizationally. They provide guidance and support for the programs, outreach efforts, and day-to-day operations that help our church live out its values of love, compassion, and connection.
